Our bees forage across the changing landscapes of Essex, including areas around Toothill, Ongar, Harlow, Dunmow, Fyfield and the surrounding countryside. The result is a beautifully natural honey that reflects the flowers, trees and crops available to our bees throughout the season.

The honeycomb inside every jar is real beeswax comb, naturally built by our bees and filled with delicious honey. Simply enjoy the honeycomb as it is, spread it on toast or crackers, add it to a cheeseboard, or eat it straight from the spoon.
The soft, chewy honeycomb can be eaten whole, with the natural beeswax adding another layer of texture to the experience.
