Our Wildflower Honey is usually a beautifully runny honey, making it perfect for drizzling over your favourite foods or stirring into drinks.

Because it comes from a wide variety of natural nectar sources, the flavour, colour and consistency can vary from season to season. Some batches may be lighter and delicately floral, while others can be deeper in colour with a richer, more complex flavour.

We keep our honey as close to its natural state as possible, carefully extracting and minimally processing it before jarring.
